PU Foam Adhesive Tape is a foam tape made by applying acrylic adhesive on both sides of a multi-layer composite substrate, then laminated with a release liner.
Features
● Multi-layer composite structure allows for easy rework and maintenance. The middle layer contains soft PU foam, which absorbs energy and provides excellent cushioning performance.
● The inner side (Side A) contains a soft TPU elastomer skin, which can be removed after bonding.
● The outer side near the release liner (Side B) is reinforced with black PET, offering good light-blocking properties and die-cutting performance.
● The adhesive layer is resistant to high temperatures and humidity, maintaining excellent load-bearing capacity in environmental testing.
